Hey, I figured out a way to play this in regular tuning a while ago, but then Hiroshi showed me how Chris plays it. Here are both versions...

REGULAR

Verse:
C Am F
When at last I was left for dead...

Verse:
Am F
Underground at the edge of time...

Chorus:
F slide to G G slide to F D
Into the new, into the new lost world

WHITLEY's VERSION - CGCEGC (this is basically the same as an Open E or D, just tuned down)

Verse:

C------ ----- -----
G--(5)- -(4)- -----
E------- ----- -----
C---7-- --4-- --5--
G---5-- --2-- --4--
C------ ----- --5--
When at last ... I was left... for dead

Verse:

----- -----
----- -----
----- -----
--4-- --5--
--2-- --4--
----- --5--
Underground at the edge of time...

Chorus:

----- ----- ----- -----
----- ----- ----- -----
----- ----- ----- -----
----- ----- ----- -----
--5-- > --7-- > --5-- --2--
--5-- > --7-- > --5-- --2--
Into the new... into the new lost world...

This is a pretty easy tuning to play in, so it's not hard figuring out all the figuring and little riffs he plays. In fact, it's great to kinda make your own interpretation and play some little riffs and melodies of your own.

Enjoy! (And thanks again Hiroshi)

Thanks for the precious tab it helps a lot

I have few differences as I try to learn the song
The Chorus would rather be
Chorus

|----7--------------------|--0--|---------------I--0----

|----7--------------------|--0--|---------------I--0----

|----7--------------------|--5--|---------------I--2----

|----7--------------------|--4--|---------------I--0----

|----7--------------------|--0--|---------------I--0-----

|----7--------------------|--5--|---------------I--2------

Into the new, into the new Lost world

What do you think ?
