Well,sorry, I didn't know Harry Manx.
So I looked up his Website and try to listen some his music.
I think his music is so Oriental. The atomosphere is Indian.
BUt it's not my music that I aim.
I hope to try to mix the Blues and Japanese trad music.
I think it's the Japanese Blues.
And I think the tuning DADDAD has more native aroma than straight Open D tuning.

Nice pictures Hamah Moh... I've been to Japan several times over the years and did not see any National guitars in the stores. I asked the people in the guitar stores whether they have ever come across any, and was told only in books and magazines.
Seems like there is a Blues scene developing there, I was sent some CDs of a band called Savoy Truffle; they're influence by the
Allmans.
